Usage Policy

This Usage Policy sets out the terms under which you may access and use the content, resources, and services made available through Steppas Academy. By accessing this platform, you agree to the terms described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Steppas Academy operates across two access levels:

Free Member, Available to registered users at no cost. Provides access to a wide range of videos, articles, resources, and selected templates. Registration is free and open to everyone.

Steppas Family, A paid membership granting full access to all content on the platform, including premium stems, sample packs, legal templates, member Q&As, feedback sessions, and discounts on Steppas Records releases.

Content made available through Steppas Academy is intended for personal educational and professional development purposes. You may:

• Watch, listen to, and read content for your own learning and creative development.
• Download resources where a download option is explicitly provided.
• Reference and apply knowledge from the platform in your own creative and professional practice.
• Share links to publicly accessible content on the platform.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, redistributing, or re-uploading any content from Steppas Academy to third-party platforms without prior written permission.
• Sharing login credentials, membership access, or downloaded content with non-members.
• Using content from Steppas Academy for commercial purposes, including resale, licensing, or incorporation into commercial products, without explicit written agreement.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of content or data from the platform.
• Using content in any way that misrepresents its origin or the identity of the instructors and contributors.
• Uploading, distributing, or sharing stems, sample packs, or templates obtained through Steppas Family membership.

All content on Steppas Academy, including videos, audio, written materials, templates, stems, and sample packs, remains the intellectual property of Steppas Academy and/or the individual instructors and contributors who created it. No content may be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

Instructors and contributors retain full ownership of their original creative work. Steppas Academy operates under a licensing arrangement with each contributor and does not claim ownership of their underlying creative material.

Sample packs made available through Steppas Family membership are 100% royalty-free and licensed for personal and commercial music production. You may use sample packs in original productions and release those productions commercially. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage sample packs as standalone products.

Stems, multi-tracks, and acapellas are licensed for personal and educational use only. You may use them for private practice, studying arrangements, and developing your craft. You may not use stems, multi-tracks, or acapellas in commercial releases or any public-facing production without prior written permission from the original artist. Membership does not transfer copyright or ownership of any underlying material.

Users who participate in the Steppas Academy community, including discussion forums, feedback sessions, and member Q&As, agree to conduct themselves with respect and integrity. The following are not permitted in community spaces:

• Spam, self-promotion without context, or solicitation.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward other members, instructors, or staff.
• Sharing or posting content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Impersonation of instructors, staff, or other members.

Steppas Academy reserves the right to remove content and revoke access for violations of these standards.

Steppas Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of this Usage Policy. In cases of paid membership, refunds are at the discretion of Steppas Academy and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members.
