By accessing or using Steppas Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and contributors.

Steppas Academy offers two membership tiers: Free Member and Steppas Family. Free members may access a curated selection of content. Steppas Family members receive full access to all platform content, including premium videos, resources, and community features. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All content on Steppas Academy, including videos, written articles, sample packs, stems, templates, and project files, is the intellectual property of Steppas Academy and/or its contributing tutors. Content may not be redistributed, reproduced, or resold without express written permission. Downloads are for personal educational use only.

Members participating in the community forum agree to conduct themselves with respect and integrity. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or any behaviour that disrupts the community will result in immediate account suspension. Steppas Academy reserves the right to remove content and revoke membership without notice for violations.

Sample packs downloaded from Steppas Academy are 100% royalty-free and licensed for personal and commercial music production. Stems, multi-tracks, and acapellas are licensed for personal and educational use only and may not be used in commercial releases or public-facing productions without prior written permission. You may not resell, relicense, or distribute any raw assets as standalone products. Refer to the Usage Policy for full details.

Steppas Academy is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the content for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its content.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Material changes will be communicated to registered members by email.
